Whitney Leavitt is set to produce and star in a new reality series for Hulu. The deal was reported by Deadline, though the streamer has not yet confirmed a title or a specific launch date.

Leavitt revealed the project on Wednesday through a joint Instagram Reel with Hulu and @GetRealHulu. The video responded to long-standing fan speculation about her next move. She accompanied the post with the simple caption, “see you soon.”

According to the report, the series will document Leavitt and her family. The show will focus on how they manage her rising public profile and professional goals while maintaining their domestic priorities. The production describes her as a firebrand who always puts family first.

This new venture follows her departure from the reality program Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. She announced her exit in May during her final performance as Roxie Hart in the Broadway production of Chicago. She discussed the decision during a September 4 interview on Good Morning America.

“I feel like with anything in life, you feel like you have this book of life and it just felt like it was a chapter that was time to end and I’ve tried to leave multiple times, which I’m sure you’ve seen,” Leavitt stated. She noted that the final season concluded well for the cast.

Leavitt is currently balancing the Hulu project with other media commitments. She is scheduled to appear in the Netflix holiday film All for Love, which releases on November 24. She will also begin her role in the Broadway musical Just in Time on December 1.
